Sources are reporting a business that was just robbed in Rockford.  It happened at the Phillip 66 in the 4400 block of Linden rd. Suspect is a male around 6 foot tall, wearing a mask. Last seen westbound on foot. 

 








 

Rockford Scanner™: House Fire In Loves Park, Still Developing




UPDATE: Heavy smoke on the Delta side. Heavy flames on the back of the trailer and underneath it. Reports are saying the residence was being remodeled when it caught on fire. No reports of injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation

Sources are reporting a house fire in Loves Park.

It happened around 3 pm today in the 5300 block of Feldspar. That is located in Forest Hills Village.  Reports of a house on fire near this location. Unknown on injuries at the time of writing this. Both LPFD and NPFD are en route to the scene. This is still developing, check back later for possible updates.










 

Rockford Scanner™: Possible Jumper Near The Rock River




 

Sources are reporting that there is a possible jumper.  

It happened around 11 am this morning near the East side of the Jefferson st Bridge.  Details are minimal right now, only saying there is a possible jumper. Several units from the Rockford Fire Department are en route.

Rockford Scanner™: Structure Fire Call At A Rockford Business




Sources are reporting a fire at a local business.

It happened around 9:40 am this morning near the 4500 block of Kishwaukee.  Reports are saying it is J and M Plating.

There are reports of smoke coming from the building.

Units en route reported seeing smoke while en route to the scene.

Still developing.

UPDATE: There was a fire in a stack, and the CO2 was able to help extinguish the fire.








 

Rockford Scanner™: Approx 15 Gunshots, Police Say Battery Victim At The Scene




 

RS source Alexis LaSala said she heard approx. 10 to 15 gunshots near N Main and Brown at midnight.

A short time later there were 15 – 20 officers at the scene, along with Rockford Fire Department. 

Unknown if the shooting incidents are related. 

RPD said there was a “Battery Victim” at the scene, and wouldn’t confirm a shooting victim. 

No other information at this time. 








 

Rockford Scanner™: Shooting Scene, Possible Multiple Victims




Sources are reporting another shooting in Rockford.

This one happened around 11:30 pm near Alida st and Cameron ave

Reports of approximately 20 gunshots were fired.

Unconfirmed reports of 2 people being struck by the gunfire.
Unknown on the severity of the injuries.

Reports are saying a gas line may have also been struck by the bullets.

The alleged suspects were in a dark colored vehicle with tinted windows.

Rockford police have not released any information.

Rockford Scanner™: Another Robbery in Rockford, RPD Investigating




 

Sources are reporting a robbery at a local business. 

It happened around 5:30 pm at the Schnucks on 11th st. 

Suspects robbed a woman and stole her purse. 

RPD has confirmed the robbery, but has not released any information on the incident.
