Sources are reporting a scene on the West side that involves several police officers.  It happened around 11 pm near Webster and Chestnut.

What we can confirm right now is one person was bitten by the police K-9 dog and needed medical attention. Several officers were on scene.

We were told a vehicle involved in the incident may have fled from police and possibly crashed into a police squad car.

I worked the scene and saw several police officers on scene. It did appear a black squad car and a white vehicle have collided near the SW part of the intersection.

It appears there might have been a perimeter setup at one point, but not active when I arrived on scene.

Police were searching the vehicle.

I did call the media line, and no answer.

Police have not released any information.
