Rockford Scanner™: OWI 3rd Offense with Passenger Under 16

On May 10, 2019 at approximately 5:09 p.m. Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 241 East Russell Rd in Janesville Township for a disturbance.

Family members were confronting Jessica J. Nottestad, 42 years old residing at this address, for driving under the influence of alcohol with her children in the car.

Nottestad had just arrived home after picking her two children up from school. Deputies conducted an OWI investigation, and as a result of the investigation, arrested Nottestad for operating while intoxicated with passenger under 16.

Nottestad had two prior OWI convictions making this her third offense. Third offense OWI with passenger under 16 is a felony in Wisconsin.

Nottestad will be held in jail pending an initial court appearance.
