Reports of a rollover accident near this location. 

Extrication was dispatched.

Around 7:30 pm tonight, the New Milford FD are en route to a structure fire

It happened in the area of 7002 Rydberg Rd 

There is an un-attached garage that is on fire. 

Blackhawk FD and New Milford FD are en route to the scene.

Around 10:30-2 am my brothers 99 BMW 528i was stolen from in front of our house. License plate number is 280U599 temp plate still attached.

Silver with minimal rust. The front BMW logo is faded. Little blue sticker in back window in lower right hand corner.

Approximately 3 weeks ago he lost his keys and the car has been sitting in our street since and tonight I came home to it being gone! IF YOU SEE THIS VEHICLE PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY”

UPDATE: Officials confirm 78-year-old Lavon H. Eytalis of Byron, was taken to Mercyhealth where she passed away.

In reference to the Route 2 accident scene. 


Several sources reporting two more bad accidents in the area. 

  • Bad accident on Route 2 near Kennedy Hill 
  • Multiple vehicle accident On Bypass 20 near Irene

Both accident scenes reporting injuries.

Rockford Scanner™: Police Identify Shooting Suspect, Need Publics Help Catching Suspect



 

 

 

We have identified a suspect in Wednesday afternoon’s shooting on Oak Street as Deangelo Thomas, 20, who has ties to the Rockford and Beloit area.

Information indicates that Thomas and another suspect were attempting to rob the 15-year-old male victim. The 41-year-old male victim attempted to intervene on the 15-year-old’s behalf. The 41-year-old male is in stable but serious condition after being shot in the abdomen. The 15-year-old male is in stable condition after being shot in the legs.

The second suspect is described as a male black with a darker complexion between 5’8” and 5’9”, a thin to average build with a goatee wearing a white baseball hat, a baby blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and baby blue retro Air Jordan shoes.

We are also looking for a newer model quad-cab full-size silver pickup truck that was used in this incident.

If you have information on either suspect or the pickup truck, please call 608-757-2244. If you spot either suspects, please call 911 immediately. The suspects are considered and dangerous, however this was not a random act and is considered an isolated incident.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.

Today there have been a couple of bad accidents in the area.

Alpine and Newburg ~ Several injuries reported

Spring Creek and Ashwin  ~  this was a rollover with extrication.

Both scenes, are under investigation.

Around midnight several fire departments were responding to a MABAS (Mutual Aid) to the 2nd alarm. 

There is reports of a fully engulfed trailer that is on fire.
