Rockford Scanner™: RS Fan Robbed in Rockford, Police Do Not Respond

Long time RS fan Mark M. was robbed today in Rockford.

He said” “Two 12 / 14 year old black kids  robbed me  at the corner of Church and Salem at 3 pm today.

I was on the phone with 911 when this was all going on and no Police showed up. Still waiting for them to respond as of 4:16 pm.

So, mad at what’s happening to our City.

Additional info. After having to go down to the police station and talking with someone at Police Station we determined that the kid was trying to spray me with mace. Had something behind his back the whole time and now I believe it was mace. Police said it’s the new thing in town. They mace you then rob you.

Lord have mercy
