Andrea Arteaga: I saw the cops drive by and went and sat on my porch. A minimum of four police cars were within my view. After about 10 minutes on my porch three officers with a k-9 started up and down my street. Once they were in my front yard they asked If I had seen a black male in a hoodie running around. I said no and they just kept searching onto the next block. From what I could tell they never caught anyone.
