The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.Expect wind chills around 20 below zero this morning. A prolonged period of cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills will affect the entire area through Tuesday morning. During the daylight hours there will be times when the wind chills are warmer than 20 below zero. However, at night wind chills will drop back into the 20 to 35 below zero range. A wind chill warning has been issued Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.
