The Rockford Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in apprehending two individuals wanted on outstanding warrants.
Twenty eight year old Rockford resident Cornelius Clay is wanted for probation violation stemming from an original charge of Harassment through Electronic Communication. Clay is a black male, 4’ 6” tall, 140 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.
Fifty Seven year old Rockford resident Randy Wilder is wanted for probation violation stemming from an original Battery charge. Wilder is a white male, 5’6” tall, 160 pounds, gray hair, blue eyes.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Clay or Wilder are encouraged to call the Rockford Police Department at 815-966-2900 or Crimestoppers at 815-963-7867.
The charges against Clay and Wilder are merely accusations. They are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
