Over the past several months members of the Rockford Police Department Narcotics Unit have been engaged in several investigations involving the sale of heroin in the Rockford Area. These investigations have been reviewed by the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office. As a result, charges were authorized and warrants were obtained for the suspects in two separate investigations. Neither of the suspects have been served with these warrants and both are currently at large.
