Last years 4th of July firework finale!
Rockford Scanner went downtown on the afternoon of Sunday July 2nd, and noticed they were already setting up the fireworks display. They are setting up the fireworks on the East side of the river, just south of the dam.
Davis Park and Morgan st bridge areas will be the best locations to view from.
Honestly, Morgan st bridge may be better place than Davis Park to view them from and its free
They were setting up the fireworks on a nice big area along the rivers edge.
