– Elevated Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk…up to 60 MPH.
– Limited Hail Risk…up to nickel size.
An isolated thunderstorm is possible this afternoon well south of I-80, but the better chance for thunderstorms will be late this evening near the Wisconsin border, then gradually spreading south
across northern during the Illinois overnight.
An isolated severe thunderstorm is possible, especially late this evening over north central Illinois.
