On Monday, May 22, 2017 shortly after 3:00 p.m. patrol officers from the Rockford Police Department responded to an apartment building in the 500 block of North Longwood Street in reference to a burglary investigation. When they arrived officers learned that an unknown suspect(s) had gained entry into one of the apartments and undisclosed personal items had been taken.

The charges against Seaton are merely accusations and not evidence of his guilt. As with defendants in all criminal cases Seaton is considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.
