RS fan Bob Bardsley “This was one of three vehicles that were shooting at one another at approximately 1830 hours, it originated just north of Bruce St on Winnebago St. All three vehicles fled north on Winnebago. Two turned east on Ashland and then north on ridge. All vehicles appeared to be chasing each other.. The problem is the entire neighborhood was outside enjoying the weather when this happened. I do know that several subjects jumped out of the vehicle that lost control and fled on foot. RFD transported one subject from the scene.”
