She said, Her and several others held a peaceful protest at the Joe Marino Park downtown Friday night.
While she was at the peaceful protest, she read the following:
“The people have the right to hate your mosque, your religion, your book the right to hate your god to hate what they dont know. And thats where it usually goes. Hate, hate is a strong word but thats what they believe in. They think you were the one who dropped those bombs and you were the one steering those planes. Being a Muslim in a western world means you’re different, because most watched news in America has a headline asking if you’re the villainous weather or not you were the terrorist. They think its okay to ask that question being a Muslim here means you have a question mark on your existence. Weather i can live is a discussion topic. There’s one thing that we know in our hearts the only time you can say Trump is when you you say LOVE TRUMPS HATE AND THERE WILL BE NO DIVISION. I should’ve not have to let them know i am not the bomber the terrorist. I am trying so hard to go up top but they want us to sink back down. God its too hard to breathe right now. Kids are drowning in the water that we drink. Kids are trying to escape war what more you got to think. You would rather let them die and sink than to let them in. Borders, money, politics “you got to send them back to their country” of the human condition. I raise my hand up high and pray to god for peace and love but they like to believe that I crave for hate and fights. They are scared of me Rather I am scared of their mentality that the murdering of one person is like killing all of humanity. I am required to give charity this is Islam and this what it means to be a Muslim. Please hear me when i say we are Just Muslims not terrorists”
