Looking at tomorrow…
Rockford is only under a General Thunderstorm risk with the SPC’s current outlook for tomorrow with a Marginal risk just to our south. But looking at the models, I would not be surprised if at the 12:30 pm update Rockford is put under a Marginal or Slight risk for tomorrow. The main threats being damaging winds and large hail, but a tornado risk can’t be ruled out to our South. Keep checking back for the latest. Outlooks and weather alerts will also be posted on the Rockford Metro Skywarn Facebook Page.
