On Tuesday, October 4th, officers from the Roscoe Police Department took a report of a general threat that had been made via social media towards Roscoe area schools.

Following a trend on social media, the account name used the title siggy.the.clown as part of the identifier and photographs of clowns were attached to the posts.

Officers from the Roscoe Police Department learned that the poster had used Instagram to state that they were coming for the students in the Roscoe School District.

Officers used details contained in the postings and information provided to them by the reporting party and school administrators to identify the suspect.  On Thursday, October 6th, a 13 year old female was arrested in for Disorderly Conduct.
