NATIONAL DRUG TAKE BACK DAY – October 22, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
The Loves Park Police Department & Walgreen’s Pharmacy will be joining law enforcement agencies nationwide, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in a National Drug Take Back Day.
On Saturday, October 22, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, we will be accepting expired, unused & unwanted prescription medications (pills or patches only) at Walgreen’s Pharmacy, 5900 N. 2nd St., Loves Park.
No questions will be asked about any prescription drugs turned in & the drugs will be safely disposed of. This service is free & anonymous. (Liquids, needles & sharps will not be accepted.)
